Fair and accurate housing listings

Housing advertisements must identify the actual property or legitimate housing opportunity, state material costs clearly, and comply with federal, Arizona, and local fair-housing laws. Ads may not express an illegal preference, limitation, or discrimination based on a protected characteristic.

Do not request money before a prospective renter can reasonably verify the property and the person authorized to offer it. We may require additional verification or hold housing listings for manual review.
