Oro Valley Post provides a local advertising platform. Users, not Oro Valley Post, create listings and are responsible for their content, legality, accuracy, ownership, transactions, taxes, permits, and communications.

We are not a party to transactions and do not guarantee listings, users, availability, condition, payment, delivery, employment, housing, or results. Use the service at your own risk and exercise independent judgment.

You grant us permission to host, reproduce, resize, display, and distribute submitted content as necessary to operate and promote the service. You must own the content or have permission to submit it. We may moderate, reject, remove, preserve, or disclose content when reasonably necessary for safety, law, platform integrity, or legal compliance.

Do not misuse the service, scrape personal information, interfere with operation, evade controls, or access accounts without authorization. We may suspend access for violations.
